Matt officially began working with the KWisdom Developments team in March of 2020, having been working as a CAD & Revit Technician for the sister company, Walker Mower, since June 2019. Coming from a background of IT and education with sufficient knowledge of the construction industry, Matt picked up his skills quickly and efficiently whilst undertaking a lot of learning on the go. Matt has A-Level qualifications in IT and Software Management which have helped him immensely in his ever growing understanding both the construction industry, and the technical design industry.

Matt chiefly spends his time assisting with the troubleshooting of intermediate daily IT problems, whilst also facilitating big in-house IT projects. Matt also assists with day-to-day operations within the business, including handling the phones and front of house email, as well as deliveries and operational matters pertaining directly to the business. Through the Covid-19 epidemic of 2020, Matt was the designated in-house member of staff, tasked with ensuring the business was able to continue to operate as smoothly as possible whilst the remaining staff body were forced to work from home. He is also the company's designated fire marshal and first aider, taking his responsibilities extremely seriously to ensure safety and satisfaction amongst his peers at all times.

Matt is a valued member of the KWisdom Developments team and always goes above and beyond his duties to ensure that everyone is happy and everything is done to the best of his ability.
